Know how friggin' awesome the SEC is? So awesome that the head coach and defensive coordinator of soon-to-be SEC champion LSU Tigers—a team that reached #1, lost, reached #1 again, lost again, and is STILL within spitting distance of the National Championship—are bolting to coach teams from the overrated Big Ten and cupcake-scheduling Big 12, respectively.
Jeez, SEC... that's gotta sting. I mean, it was one thing when two of your best coaches won National Championships, then bolted for the NFL, then failed miserably and came back to coach at lesser schools in the conference, where they would put together intimidating records of 6–6. But now you're losing your best coaches even before they win National Championships, and you're losing them to conferences that are way worse than your super-awesome conference.
Well, at least you've still got Tubs. He's not going anywhere.
Update: LSU somehow coughed up more money (or perhaps a picture of Les Miles making out with Brutus Buckeye) and Les is staying put.
